Well in exactly 5 weeks at this time we will be touching down at MCO (now that I'm counting or anything).
DME tags arrived yesterday! Hoorah! They had the wrong flight info though. (Boo!). But I called and they made the correction for me with ease. Hoorah!
I really want to start packing, but Sds things I'm out of my mind. (I said I was going to start after we get back from our long weekend next week and he told me it was way too early). Is it bad that I packed up shirts, shorts and undies for Jimmy and put them in a bag and hid it away in the closet with the suitcase? Do I need some kind of psychiatric help??

No psychiatric help needed. I did that too with my kids clothes. Of course, I guess that could just mean we both need it.

Well if we BOTH need psychiatric help, maybe we could get a discounted rate?
Photopass has been pre-ordered as has the Rewards card. I was going to wait a bit more on the rewards card (until the end of this statement period), but I thought it might be too close to our trip and just didn't want to chance it. I'm thinking we can get one meal or maybe even 1-1/2 in on the rewards card. (Every little bit helps). I'll make sure to use it early in the trip as I don't want to tuck it away and forget about it!
OMG! Only three weekends left till we're out of here!
Sds has finally seen the light of why I need to start packing. He's realizing how crazy our life is. I've got this weekend to get the suitcases out and start putting some things in...that's between swim lessons (Jimmy is SO NOT a swimmer...I just want to get him to doggie paddle so that he's safer at the shore. Long story...my parents have a house at the NJ shore which is on a lagoon. My mom is terrified that Jimmy will fall in and has been for year. Jimmy is not a risk taker and stays away, but he does love the beach. He hates going under water or getting his head wet. We tried some lessons last summer that didn't work. I tried some group lessons this winter which went ok, but he didn't learn to swim. Now I have 3 private lessons left which I am hoping will do the trick. Fingers crossed all!) and church and choir practice and a birthday party! (Sunday I'm on the run from 9-1:45!)
Then there's next weekend...which is Easter weekend! We have friends coming to visit on Saturday and possibly a neighborhood egg hunt. Then there's the hustle and bustle of Easter Sunday.
Which leaves us with the weekend before we go away...the only thing I have on the schedule is church and the final swim lesson.
And of course there's work...and homework...and just life...
