I'm so jealous you already have another trip in the works, but also so glad that you get to take a nice break after the crazy work schedule you've had lately!

Another trip already? Just kidding! Can't wait to hear all about it!
We stayed at CSR several years ago and loved it! I think it is my favorite moderate. The Bar area is very cool, but we didn't eat in the sit down restaurant. I think my parents have in the past and liked it.

So I did something interesting when I was making my dining reservations for this trip. I'm sure I posted it in my One More Disney Day PTR, but since I'm going to ask for feedback, I'm going repost my methodology. I specified a reservation time for a meal and then I selected the first restaurant that came up on the list that I hadn't been to.
As of right now my ADRs look like this:
Moday: Bistro de Paris
Tuesday: Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
Wednesday: Cape May Cafe
Thursday (lunch): Grand Floridian Cafe
I may add lunch on Tuesday or Wednesday and I'm thinking about canceling Cape May Cafe to add Maya Grill. I don't think I'll be back at CSR any time soon, so I thought I should check it out. I'll definitely be checking out the new breakfast buffet option at the Pepper Market.
Restaurant Roulette! I like it. Great way to make yourself try some new places. I'm always saying I'll do that and then can't resist revisiting the tried and true.
