Hope you and Josie start feeling better quickly! Sounds like a fun day with Dawn and the journal sounds awesome! What a sweet thing for her to do! Can't wait to hear about the reveal. It is so close now!

What a sweet gift from Dawn. I feel a little misty myself. I cannot believe that was the first time Josie has ever thrown up. What...does she have a stomach of steel or stomething?!? Poor girl probably didn't know what was going on. Glad you're both feeling better. My "newly-diagnosed- adult-allergies-that-I-really-hate" have started up, but thinking it was only a cold, wouldn't get better with the medicine I was taking. Not used to this...anyway, bought some Zyrtec and now I'm good to go. Ugh...I hate getting old.
Glad you are feeling a bit better, my allergies have been terrible and oldest DD has been coughing for weeks - only thing that works is an allergy pill. Poor Josie getting sick and in the car, no fun. Glad she is feeling better and hoping for no more tummy troubles.
Glad you had such a great afternoon with Dawn....Josie is too cute, are those for us Mommy. Can't wait until your reveal the surprise!!! I cannot believe it is so close now.

Ok so somehow I completely missed that you had started a PTR. And you started it a month ago! And now you're like 7 days away from your trip. I guess I must kind of suck or something.
Anyways, sounds like you've got a great trip planned. How nice it will be to have some mommy daughter fun time in WDW! I'm sure Josie will be so excited. Did you tell the girl yet? Can't wait to hear how that went. I'm sure she will feel so spoiled while there with getting her mommies undivided attention.
My favorite has to be the MSEP. I was so happy when they brought this parade back. The music is just awesome (does anyone know if its on one of their CDs?).
Yes they do. I'll have to post the name of the CD but I got one at Mouse Gears in October that was just the MESP music. But I have other CD's with the song on it as well.
Thank you everyone for the get well pixies. I think Josie and I are feeling much better and ready to get this show on the road!!!!!
So here we are, I can now say “A week from today, we will be arriving in DISNEY!!!!” Geez, that went by super-fast. So how did the reveal go????
Well, I never know what to expect with Josie, so I had no idea where this would go. I was curious though because I felt like she really did know what was going on. Uhm, I think I was dead wrong! I bought this pretty box from Michaels that had butterflies and flowers all over it, I filled the box with flowers, some bracelets, the DME tickets and also the park maps that I ordered. I made a small little booklet of pictures and sayings. Words like “Mommy”, “Josie”, “Flower”, “Tinker bell” etc…..then added some pics of POR and the rooms. I told Josie that Daddy and I had a surprise for her and to come downstairs. She saw the pretty box and was all…….”Wow, what is this” she opened it and started going through it all and just was like…….”I don’t get it?” She knew what everything was so I just told her to go over to the wall in the kitchen. There I had hung the countdown calendar. She started to get it a little now I think, but thought we were going on the Big Boat!!! Then I told her to go turn the computer on, I had left up a video of the RGR from POR. We finally told her she was going to Disney with just Mommy and staying in those rooms. Her first response was…….” I don’t want to live there, I like it here” Once she understood that we were not moving for good, she was excited. But then she started to cry saying……..” I’m going to miss Gianna” her BFF. Oh boy kid……….then she got over that too quickly. By the time she went to bed she was already talking about what to bring and what to do and so far she seems OK with the fact that the boys aren’t coming She put her first Mickey head up on the countdown calendar this morning and then asked me if she could bring 8 things with her on the trip. Uhm, sure babe. Her 8 items include…..her camera, her fake Madeline passport, suntan lotion, a purple box of tissues, her Rapunzel jewelry box, her fairies, baby Rapunzel and of course Duffy. She was very concerned with baby Rapunzel; she didn’t want to leave her at home with the “stinky boys” as she was afraid they would fart on her. Really, please don’t be jealous now of my classy kid. So there you have it folks………with those 8 little items you can be all set for a Disney vacation too. But now really, tonight some serious packing mode is going to go down!!!!
