Well another dealing with member services just now
I bought a picture for my wife on June 5th and it hasn't shown up yet. So I called merchandise member services and gave them my name and info,I couldn't find the receipt
Well they told me sorry there is nothing we can do your name isn't in our shipping system. So ripped the whole house apart again and lucky I found it in one of my wife's purses that she took to Disney.
So called them back and got a lady this time and gave her the tracking number. After 15 min of looking around she says it is not in the system as of yet but the shippers haven't come in for todays shippers. So I asked "Well this was purchased 20 days ago and it hasn't gone out yet?" Then she got all snooty with me like it was my fault they didn't ship it.
This about puts the cherry on the top for this trip. I was so mad by the time I got off the phone.
For a company that is in member services they sure SUCK at it right now. Every member service person I have talked to should not be in services. I understand people have off days so am I the lucky one that gets all those people to talk to me?
I just send a email to them with a scanned copy of the receipt. Will see what they say next. If I hear back from them
