Well merchandise member services called me back tonight. They put a trace out on the original package and nothing is shown,so that tells me it was never sent out.
She said I will have it by friday,so will see if it shows up. With the way my luck goes I have a bad feeling it will show up damaged,I hope not though.
On a good side I ordered the Photopass CD Friday and it showed up today :the wave:
I will put them in photo bucket and post a few,just won't post the ones with the people that went with us since not my kids to post pics online.
Well the picture showed up Friday just as Barbara at merchandise member services said it would. Out of the 3 people that I talked to there she was the only one that we felt talked to us like member services should. Kind,polite, and lets just deal with the problem and get it worked out. She knew Disney made the mistake and didn't send it out when they should of.So she had it at our door 3 days later.
So with the picture here I was able to move the wives other Disney picture from the dining room into the living room. Or as she calls it her room,or the adult room/Disney room. It use to be full of our DD stuff

I had to get her a bigger TV since the other one seemed small on the stand,lucky Sams Club has good deals. and DD scored with the old 42" in her room now.
Just caught up with your TR and I have to say that I am appalled by the condition of your room at BLT, and the subsequent attitude of Member Services. If I were an owner at BLT, I would also be worried about the impact that having to replace sub-standard furnishings was going to have on my dues.
I am travelling to BLT in 11 days and the cost of points to stay in a MK view 1 bed was astronomical, but I splurged because we have had a rotten time and I wanted to treat my family. If it falls below par, I shall be mightily fed up.
The good parts of your trip sound great, but every trip should be MAGICAL. That's what we buy into and that is what we are entitled to expect. No less.

Hopefully your trip will be magical. We were told that they have done 2 series of renovations already. So hope your room is up to date
The Top of the world lounge is a must do there. good drinks and food up there with the great view of the fireworks

Thanks it was great to see her get all excited to take pics. Think the best was at epcot on the land ride. she really likes all the greenhouse stuff with all the veggies. We are lucky she is a great eater and would rather eat veggies for a snack over junk food
