Arrived in Orlando on Friday Feb. 2 around 8:30 pm. Checked into DAYS INN at Caravan Court. Hard bed, Noisy A/C which I needed to drown out DH snoring! Got up at 6:00 am next morning. Had Breakfast at Denny's next Door. My DH was going to a Gun Show in Orlando area today so he dropped me and DS at Islands Of Adventure for the day! Very Nice theme Park and we went on 4 rides by 9:30 bacause they let us in early! Not too crowded but VERY COLD and Rainy! We covered a lot and went on All the Major rides except one but will defentitly go again! After we left went to check in at ALL STAR SPORTS my MOST Favorite hotel ever! Sure, its not Port Orleans or The Grand Floridian but I love this Hotel! Got ALL my requests and went to find a Nice Clean Room, as usual! We rested a bit and I told my DH we would go to Disney Marketplace and look around. He asked if there were any places to eat there and I told him yes but VERY expensive! He found out after we went there and read the menu's!! We wound up snacking and going to Ghiradell's for his Sugar Free Ice Cream! And boy is IT SUGAR FREE! Needless to say, he didn't like it! I thought my Ice Cream was OK nothing to write home about! After we went back to the Hotel and had Pizza which was Good! By the way, my DH LOVED the Bus Service we only waited 5 min. He is NOT a Bus Rider here in Miami so he was Impressed! Day 2 Coming up!
