| Dislover123 Trip Report Day 2 Part 1 Woke up at 6:00am. (No mickey wake up till next day). Got My DH and DS off to Miami as my DS had School and DH had to work! I was ALONE! Yippee! Got on the bus to Animal Kingdom! Did I mention it was COLD!! And RAINY! Yuckie Day, but it wasn't going to ruin my Trip! After arriving at AK I went towards dino-land to ride Dinosauer! No LINE NO WAITING! Did not need fast-pass at ALL! By the way, this ride is still great! I don't think they changed a thing! Afterwards, got a snack and waited for Tarzan Rocks! Line started to form and of course, it started to RAIN! Had to leave the line to get a PONCHO! They are 6.00 dollars now! Went back to find everyone GONE and being seated! Good! I plopped myself down and noticed people selling Hot Chocolate and Pretzels! When did they start this? Anyway, show started and it was Different to say the least. I liked it except the Music was too LOUD over The vocals! Anyone else agree with me? Tarzan was REALLY good-looking and I wonder if that is his REAL BODY?? (Can you help me with this Nate?). After the show, I went to the TREE and saw "It's Tough to be a Bug." About a 15 min wait with cheerleaders singing the songs being played over the loudspeakers! Oh, well, at least they sounded good! After this, went to Kilimajaro Safari and found NO LINE~! COOL! And lots of animals were Out and About! It was about a 30 Min ride! We had a good "tour Guide" too! Needless to say, I took 32 Pictures of a 36 roll of film! After getting Off this ride, I was Really COLD so I went and bought an Alcoholic Drink which warmed me RIGHT UP! This was after I bought a Sweatshirt! Than I decided I had seen all I wanted to see and headed off to Epcot! Part 2 up next! |
