Well, we just got back 2 hours ago. We'rer beat and going to bed.. I'll get a report out as soon as I amble to sit at the computer with my eyes open. The only thing I can say is I can't wait until we go back again next Dec.

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back, I think I've been asleep since we go home.

I had to get up and go right to work yesterday, so I couldn't write, but finally here it is:

The trip this year was great. It was truely hot down there there this year. We were there for seven days and since this is the second trip this year we avoided the heat of the day as much as we could.

We stayed at the All star sports. It was nice, but we usually stay at the Carbib. or the Port Orl. but this was a nice change of pace. We are going to go back next Dec and stay at the Boardwalk.

The parks were packed this time of year but the magic makes it bearable.

The one thing I was disappointed about this year was the light parade at the MK. All new music and lights. The lighted floats were beautiful, but I didn't care for the music. Call me a traditionalist, but I like the old music.

It was my youngest DS's 5th birthday on Sunday and we ate at the Crystal Palace for breakfast. It was fabulous as always. The CMs always made a big fuss over him. We were even standing in line at Splash Mt. and a CM saw his birthday button and pulled our whole group out of line and sent us up the exit right to the front of the line. We had no wait at all which was a great surprise.

One thing I wanted to let everyone know is that the It's a Small World ride is down for repairs. We wanted to ride it on Sunday, but it got too late so we decided to wait until Monday morning. Wow was that a mistake. We went right to it and it was boarded up. The CM told us it was shut down for repairs and would probably be down for a couple of weeks. I know it isn't the best ride, but for the little ones it's a must. We'll just have to go back sooner.

It was a great trip.

Please respond if you have any advice regarding the Disney Vacation Club. We sat through the presentation and it looked interesting. We would like to hear from people who belong. Since our family is a bunch of Disney nuts we thouhgt it might be a good idea. Let me know... [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
