| Family Trip - Day Two Family Trip – Day Two Cast: DH – 39, Myself – 37, DS – 11, DS – 9 Day Two: “Is this supposed to happen?” We woke up semi-early (hard to adjust to Eastern time) and headed to MGM. The security line only took a few minutes and then we were off. We headed straight for Rock-n-Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror. ToT said 40 min stand-by so we got a FastPass. RnR was only 10 minutes so on we went. I wasn’t sure if everyone would be up for this, but they were! It was our favorite ride of the trip! My boys were so excited that they did a loop roller coaster. Of course if they had known or seen it ahead of time, they might not have done it, but they loved it. When we finished boys and I headed over to ToT. Standby was only 13 minutes so on we went. DH can’t handle large dropping rides, so he sat this one out. After a snack, we did animation tour. Younger DS is very creative a draws a lot, so I really wanted him to see this. We all enjoyed it. We went to get FP for Millionaire, but it conflicted with PrimeTime PS, so we headed over to Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground. I would of thought my boys were too old for this, but they had fun climbing around and racing DH up the spider web. After this, we did Star Tours and Muppet 3-D movie and then headed over to PrimeTime for lunch. Meal was OK and CM was fun. I think my boys were not sure about it all though….After lunch we did Movie Ride. We had the Western version. During the shoot-out and fire scene my younger son hid his head and asked “Is this supposed to happen?” LOL – I didn’t think to warn him about this… I figured he would get it. I quickly reassured him that it was all part of the act, but he decided that he did NOT like that ride! At this point, we were tired and we headed back to hotel for a rest and swim. The boys loved the pool area at Riverside. I swam with them some and relaxed on lounge chair. I even treated myself to a special from the bar! DH rested in room and checked emails. We headed over to Epcot about 5:30 and did Spaceship Earth. The boys thought it was cool that a ride went in the ball. Next was Test Track. I made the mistake of cutting through Innoventions because all my guys are into computers and stuff, it was hard to get them out of there! We finally made Test Track and it was a lot of fun. Our 15 minute wait became 25 minutes because of “technical difficulties”, but we endured… After a snack at the Electric Umbrella and a walk to Mexico for churros, we went to Body Wars. This ride was ok but made me a little queasy. We managed to arrive at Energy for last ride/show of the evening. We finished and headed out because we were planning on coming back later in week for Illuminations. We could see some of the fireworks as we headed out to parking lot. It was a long day, but we did a lot!! |

| Re: Family Trip - Day Two Rachel, Our boys are 9 and 11. It was a great age to take them. They could do it all and had plenty of energy.. more than me, that's for sure |
