Reading yours, as well as others trip reports is making me so anxious for my next trip. I loved all of your report, but I couldn't agree with your comment any more than what you said about the seats at Fantasmic!! YEP, they do hurt your butt, don't they?? Thanks again for sharing your words and your pictures. It sounds like it would be fun to team up with you and your son at WDW!!! |

| Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) Ursula, Finally got caught up on your report - it was EXCELLENT!!!! Great writing - great photos, and you helped us all learn a good deal on how to save some money here and there - we actually ate at IHOP based on my having read your report before we left that the food was good and Matthew got chicken strips there (Gonzo's favorite!). We had excellent food and service for less money than any of the meals we had in the parks - so thanks! The room looks like it was a wonderful value, as well. Thanks again for sharing, and looking forward to some more photos once you get them developed! |

| Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) Hi Ursula, I just finished your wonderful trip report. Thanks for taking the time to share your words and pictures with us. Matthew sounds like a great kid! Also, congrats on graduating from school. I know how hard it is to work, go to school AND raise children. I enjoyed reading this so much, and maybe, just maybe, after reading about your fun on ToT, I'll get over my fear of ToT and try it next time! |

| Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) Great Trip report. I have just spent the past hour reading it and really enjoyed it. My Nephews are the same age as your Matthew when they went. What a great age. I wished I had thought to send them on the Pirate Trip. Does Wick get to go on the next trip? Thanks so much for the great report with Pictures(even better) I loved your writing style. Deb p.s. Wick & I have the same Birthday. So Happy belated Birthday to him & to you, another fellow Gemini. | Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) Tikibird, as you can tell from our trip IHOP was our favorita off-site restaurant. We always got a great meal and a great service and we went to two different ones. One was on 192 and the other was down the street from the hotel (for the life of me, I can't remember the road # but it was only a block away from the entrance of Disney's property and around the corner, so to speak, from down town disney). We absolutely loved the food. Matthew had chicken fingers everytime we went and they were always delicious (so he said). NancyW, you've got to try Tower of Terror at least once. I always tell Matthew to try it once and if he absolutely hates it then he never has to do it again. Most times he comes to me and says that he loved it. Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I actually enjoyed reliving those moments with my son. I agree that he is at an age where it's still cool to be with mom and so I know I'd better cherish them since once he gets older he probably won't want mom to tag alon. As for Wick on a trip.........well I don't know. It takes alot to get him to an amuzement park and he still can't believe just how much money I dropped on our adventure to Disney. I can just about talk him into the day trips to the local amuzement parks and that's only once a year. Yall pray that he will see the light! Ursula, I almost forgot to tell you that if you want to see Minnie on your next visit, arrange a ps at the Cape May Breakfast Buffet. Double check to make sure she's still there, but last time I was there she was too, and I've got a great picture of the two of us! Nancy |

| Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) We saw Minnie Mouse throughout our trip. We got a picture with Mickey and Minnie outside the castle and we saw her at the various parades. It's just that I know Minnie was at Chef Mickey's and and Donald's Breakfasaurus when we went last year and this year she was at neither. I noticed on some other peoples trip reports that she did show up, so I wonder if maybe she is only there on certain days or something. We had a great time even though we did not get to see as much of her as we had liked. We did get to see character that we missed on our last trip, though, so it wasn't a total disappointment. I forgot to mention that Matthew brought a small drum and drum sticks from a stand near the rock n' roller coaster. This was another one of his major purchases since the drum was $15 or $16 and I think the sticks were $6 each. He had seen them early in our trip and just had to have them. He has been playing drums since he was two or three years old so that was right up his alley. I think that is going to become a tradition for him to buy drum sticks each time he is at Disney. He brought his first pair last year. |

| Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) Ursula, Another reformed Lurker here. This is my first post as well and I just wanted to let you know what a joy it was to read your post. As a local resident it is really neat to here people talk about the things that we see all the time. I have probably driven by your hotel a hundred times and never noticed it. Now I will have to look for it and be reminded of your experience. It also sounds like you have a very special relationship with your son. I have a 3 year old daughter who is just starting to really enjoy the parks so I know how much fun it can be to relive things through their eyes. Good luck with your next trip. |

| Re: 5/29 - 6/8/02 Comfort Inn LBV Master Matt\'s Disney Adventure (and his mom went too!) Well so ends our Disney trip for 2002 and now it's time to start planning for "The Family trip of 2003." I don't know which was the most fun; the planning, the actual trip, or writing the trip report. I know that I equally enjoyed every bit of the experience, so much so that I am now hooked. Thank you everyone for your encouraging words, your enthusiasm, and your helpful hints. You will never know just how much they meant to me. Now comes the real test, just how well can I keep a secret? Don't worry we'll do it all again next year and hopefully I'll be able to link up with more passporter friends on the way. Ursula |
