| Part 2 - Disappointed in WDW I heard from a cast member in the guest claims department today. She wanted to know all about my accident and why I emailed WDW about it. I told her I was disappointed that the bus driver never bother to check on me, and that I never heard back from a rep at CSR who said they would check to see how I was doing. She then told me that Florida is a "no fault" state. With my permission she interviewed me about the incident in a taped conversation. She told me what part WDW would be reponsible for of my medical expenses and lost wages from work. She wanted to know what I am seeking. I guess the whole world is so "lawsuit crazy" that's what they think everyone wants. All I want is to know why the bus driver did nothing and why I never heard back from anyone concerning my welfare. THAT'S IT!! Is that so hard to believe? If I have a problem with anyone it would be the bus manufacturer for designing, what I feel, is an unsafe bus. I'm sure I'm not the first person nor the last to miss my step going into the aisle from the unusually raised seat. So, BEWARE....watch where you are stepping on a handicap bus. Thanks all for listening and caring |

| Re: Part 2 - Disappointed in WDW Well, I'm glad someone called you back! I've often tripped on those steps...it's just a matter of time before I actually fall. Are you feeling better about it now that someone called you back and addressed your concerts? Kelly |
