| First-timer to Epcot\'s Food & Wine Festival Well, I survived my first Food & Wine Festival with a little help from Tums & Rolaids. I ate and ate and ate and drank all day. Can't remember the food names but here's what was liked by myself and parents: China - the chicken. India - the chicken and rice/curry. Italy - the olivebread pizza, ziti, and cannoli; the red wine. Germany - nockwurst & weinkraut, the apple strudel; Both Lowenbrau beers. USA - lobster corn chowder; had the Samuel Adams beer due to thirst but not a fan. Beer of the World(?) - England's Boddingtons was excellent, Belgium's Stella Artois was average but better than Sam Adams. France or Canada (?) - the creme brulay (sp?) Canada - LaBatts beer (had before). Mexico - grilled chicken taco, chicken quesadilla; Dos Equis beer (had before). That's all I can remember. Can't wait to go back in early November to try more of the same and others I didn't have a chance to taste. |
