| A pictoral version of my TR...40 pictures, get it? These will be some out of order, but here goes!  All Star Tree close up  AKL Flamingo Feeding activity  AKL Tracking activity, Sarah and Breeanna are trying to find Timon!  Got him!  Junior Researchers, learning about Flamingo behaviors!  Music of the Savannah, the children all played different instruments  Games learning about animals, DDs didn't do it themselves, but did help other children figure out what kind of animals they were. After this activity, they received their Totem bead to finish their String of Memories (all the beads collected from the activities)  Small AKL tree  Downtown Disney Toy Tree!  chalk art...amazing!   DDs try their hand at chalk art, too!  Sarah likes abstracts  Mt. Everest at the AK under construction!  Beauty and the Beast    Playhouse Disney front row, this was as good as it got which was NOT good.  Walt introducing Epcot (which, incidentally, stands for Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow...NOT "environmental", thank you, sir  ) It is also 2 syllables, EP-COT, NOT ep-uh-cot! OK, I'll get off my soapbox here, I'm defensive about it!   STitch TPed the castle on my birthday!!! Too funny!  He also graffitied it!  AK Jammin' Jungle Parade    Neverland Club Check In...Wendy's bed!  Through the nursery window and off to Neverland!   Craft area...lots to do!  Wishes from the top of the Contemporary, with a crummy digital camera, no tripod, and it was chilly! Sorry, it's the best I could get!  Birthday Cake from AKL room service and DH (with a little help from Maureen!  ) This monstrosity is a Coral Reef Candy Bar, a peanut butter rice krispie treat dipped in chocolate wrapped with a fruit roll-up. This *thing* replaced Peanut Butter Playdough! I don't know what they were thinking, but DDs declared it "gross" and it greatly reduced our chances of bringing them back here to eat.  DDs  Minnie! The Castle returned to its full glory!  Stitch was still in town, though! We did not go on this ride, we were hearing too much negative about it.  Little Miss Space Mtn Is Boring getting off in the middle!  Stitch and Lilo at MGM...Stitch was thrilled to see all of DDs Stitchy stuff!  He was really funny. Too bad DH doesn't "get" him!  Birthday Mousse from Le Cellier  Note the Mickey in chocolate on the plate...too cool! Illuminations with my crummy camera, no tripod, and shivers! I'm going to give up photographing fireworks until I get a decent camera and tripod!!!  This is what it is all about...bringing up young Passporters to love Walt Disney World as much as I do!!!   |

Because of DH's job we can never travel over Christmas, so it's wonderful to be able to actually see how gorgeous everything looks, instead of just imagining it. |
