Re: My Turn - MVMCP 12/17-18 Report Roaring Forks was a good place for our lunch because we were roaring- with laughter and lots of fun conversation too. I think that was Kevan who got the cheese steak and tisk, tisk, I forgot what I had..hmm. Anyway, great report so far and looking forward to our fantastic evening tale!

Re: My Turn - MVMCP 12/17-18 Report - update 12/31 Another update!!! We headed into MK about 330 or 400 pm (I know Cheryl will have ALL the details on this) and started to look for some characters (other than us) and we found some – ![]() ![]() We also rode a few rides – I think that TTA ride will go down in history as the funniest one I have ever been on. Mark and Kevan are such a blast (not surprising given who they married)!!! ![]() ![]() The Buzz Lightyear Championship goes to Mark, followed closely (very closely – right Kevan) by Me and Kevan!! It was too weird – the ride stopped like 3 times – and the scores reset – so we have no clue as to what the real scores would have been – but – Mark is king – FOR NOW….. ![]() Look closely - and you can see Mark behind Maureen and Kevan (Cheryl and I shared a Blaster). Stitch GE was funny, however, the ending seemed a bit flat to me, and I still think that little ones would not do well. ChezP did great though!! We also stopped and got a Dole Whip along the way (I think I twisted a few arms…. NOT) Next up - "Marks' tribe", the "Blinking Brit" and the first PP meet of the evening.

Re: My Turn - MVMCP 12/17-18 Report - update 12/31 These pictures are a riot! Kevan says he looks like a little kid with Buzz- but that one is definitely better than the one we got. I think we are leaving the details of our meet and greet with Stitch to Cheryl's report but you can clearly see the fun he was having with us. And the TTA pic of Kevan and Mark is great. That was some THRILL ride. ![]() Great stuff, now where's the rest??

Re: My Turn - MVMCP 12/17-18 Report - update 12/31 Part 3 - Brought to you as part of the boyfriendless weekend - While we were in the neighborhood of Liberty Square - who should we meet but Pochohontas and Meeko - since Mark is an avid autograph collector - we stopped for "big kid photos" and Poch... asked Mark about his "tribe" and where we were all from... we decided we were quite the diverse tribe indeed... As it was getting close to 615 – we walked from Liberty Square over to the Plaza restaurant for the PP Meet. While we were there – Tenya and her family arrived, as did Marine and her family. We conned some poor CM directing traffic to take a group photo (actually I think he took like 4 or 5 of them with different cameras!). It was also right before this that the great blinking christmas tree hat came out - and Mark earned the title "The blinking Brit" - its a bit fuzzy.... After the PP Meet – we headed back to the front of the park to get the MVMCP pin (a request had been made to get one for BobMouse) and Cheryl and I also wanted them. While we were waiting – who should appear – but Bill (LizardCop) and his fantastic wife, Jan!! After hugs and introductions, Bill, Jan and I headed to the Emporium for the party pin and Bill came to my rescue – since I needed 3 pins, but you are limited to 2 per wristband. Thanks Bill!!! Pin purchases completed, we met up with Maureen, Cheryl and the DHs to head up main street – while walking up main street – it began to snow – I got some of it on video… I SO need to get a firewire and software to do video grabs…. After walking up Main Street, we made a right and headed for “Cookies & Hot Cocoa”. This is where I learned that in Britain, they don’t put marshmallows in hot chocolate. Who knew?? Not me. Maureen, Kevan and I wanted to ride Space Mountain, and we learned that Jan likes to ride the roller coasters, etc as well – so the four of us planned on a quick zip through the universe in our own rocket ship. Maureen ran over to check times and called me on my cell phone to say “20 minutes!!!” – Jan, Kevan and I headed to SM, while Cheryl, Mark and Bill headed to Buzz Lightyear. When we got in front of SM, Maureen was there in Mission Impossible mode on the cell phone!! It was too funny!!! We hopped in line, and in about 10 minutes were ready to board our own space ship. I ended up in front, then Jan, Maureen and Kevan. We laughed SO hard on this ride!!! And it went FAST, faster than I recall this ride ever being before. Terri - Post SM happy mood - weeee!!! (Thanks LizardCop) After Space/Buzz – we decided to head across the Hub to Liberty Square and to Haunted Mansion – a must do ride when it’s dark. We all “drug our bodies to the dead center of the room” and had a great time on this ride. Mark and Cheryl were in the doombuggy in front of me and occasionally I could see the blinking hat…. After our zip through our favorite haunted place, we headed for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad – Cheryl, Mark and Bill skipped this one again – so Maureen, Kevan, Jan and I stood in the quickly moving line for “the fastest ride in the wilderness” – which was really cool in the dark!! And it was fast again!!! I loved it (as I always do) – but someone how I ended up with a wet rear end. This became know as the Terri “wetbutt” look – which was later mimicked by others on Splash Mountain!!! After finishing the trip through the wild west – everyone decided on Splash Mountain. One problem – we were getting very close to PP Meet #2 time – so Cheryl (who was not going to ride Splash) took the blinking Christmas tree hat from Mark and headed to the tip board near Crystal Palace to meet up with everyone, and we walked right on to Splash Mountain. Now you have seen the wonderful photo (and here it is again), but the look on my face (that Scott refers to as my abject look of terror) is actually me attempting to keep my eyes open… no luck – and what is with the hair?? After we were done and had found our laughing place – we hoofed it (and I mean hoofed it) through Adventureland and arrived right as Wishes began. I videotaped the entire show – which is a great compliment to the Wishes cruise version I have from October. After the fireworks, we made another round of introductions – all of the PPs from the first meet at the Plaza were there and we added new folks too - Melissa (Mjoygirl) and her DH – Andy, Eliza (Eliza) and her family and Bill (LizardCop) and DW Jan. Lots of photos were taken, Melissa posted one – I think Bill did too – here is mine, and one that Marnie send me – think Maureen and I were tired??? It was so wonderful to meet everyone!! After our meet – we decided to stake out a spot for the 2nd parade – right next to the tip board. We also decided to get some dinner – since the last thing we’d eaten was cookies and cocoa…. We settled on Casey’s for wonderful hotdogs. I owe Maureen and Kevin a MAJOR thank you for getting my food while I held our spots. The parade was wonderful – I videotaped the entire thing – and Bill’s photos really do it justice, but after it was done – so I was I. I was BEAT!! We left MK, said our goodnights to Bill and Jan and Cheryl, Mark, Maureen, Kevan, Melissa, Andy and I hopped on the resort launch over to Polynesian to reclaim cars/crash for the night as appropriate. I said lots of goodbyes – these people are SO fantastic!!! I can’t wait to be around them again. Truly fabulous. Then I had the car brought around (it was valeted at Poly) and I drove to WL – where I valeted again. I was WAY TOO TIRED to park and walk all that way. I don’t remember much after getting in my room other than falling on the bed and SLEEPING. Next - Dec 18 - breakfast at WCC, packing, head to Airport for a 9-day Christmas trip in NM!!
