We started looking at the report and the phone rang; while I'm chatting away, they're scrolling up and down and "ooh'ing" and "ahhhh'ing!" over Oreo - "He's so cute!" LOL I grew up in Brooklyn and my dad still lives there so yes, I can totally appreciate the horror of the Staten Island Expressway! LOL More please!! |

That's where we stopped when we went to the outer banks a few years ago with my in-laws (it was the first time I had gone with them) Apparently they always stop in Rocky Mount. Considering the traffic you ran into, I think you made pretty good time going through Virginia. It takes about 2 hours to get from DC to Williamsburg - depending on the traffic. I feel like I'm riding along with you. When I was younger my family made a few trips to Florida and it is a long........ride, even from Philly. Really looking forward to more.
