A little window shopping, and we headed down towards the Streets of America. We got a few photos of the Osborne Lights in the day time… The Manger (they removed the baby Jesus during the day)  The streets…        Interesting info about the lights…   Then Jan and I went into the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground, a first for us. We both took a BUNCH of pics… Jan’s          We don’t know this little girl, but the look on her face is priceless “mommy, I’m riding an ant!!!”    My Pics…         One of the giant paw prints  After this we wandered around a little more, heading towards RNRC and TOT, hoping to run into someone to ride with Jan, but that didn’t happen… Along the way I snapped a few more pics…        I shot these two with Robin (Fortissimo) in mind…   We finally settled down for the parade…  I videotaped the parade with my right hand, and shot still digital pics with my left hand at the same time (I was in female mode and able to multitask [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/rofl2.gif[/img] ) we thought we had a great spot, but the sun moved a lot quicker than we thought it would and the lighting changed very fast… Here’s my still shots…                 Jan’s Pics                               After the parade, we shopped a little more and headed down to see the Osborne Lights again… NEXT: The rest of Day 7… |

THREAD 3 Day 6, 12/1/2005 Updated 1/8/06 [b] Day 7, 12/2/2005…The rest of the Day… After the parade, we spent a little money in a few of the shops and headed down towards the Streets of America for the Osborne Lights again. While we were wandering around spending money, I took a few more photos [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/roflmao.gif[/img]     We saw this shirt in the engraving area of the Celebrity 5 & 10 and it reminded me of someone I think I know…  [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/roflmao.gif[/img] [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/rofl2.gif[/img] Anyway, we headed for the lights and I video taped the opening and while we were walking around looking at the lights. You have already seen a LOT of really good pictures of the Osborne Lights, so I’m going to skip them this round… After we looked at the lights again, we headed for the exit and got a boat back to EPCOT. The line for the boat was long, but we picked on a family of complete strangers (mom and 2 teenage daughters waiting on a bench while dad stood in line behind us). I had fun [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/rofl2.gif[/img] Off the boat at EPCOT and we walked around some. We decided to eat dinner at the American Adventure (2 chicken strips combo, Strawberry shortcake, Cobbler, Diet coke and hot chocolate=$25.93 [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img] ) We sat outside and listened to the Candle Light Processional as we ate, great music!!! Off to Germany for a little wine for Jan, and we walked and wandered while I took photos… We eventually made it back to the front of the park, got on the bus, and headed back to POP Photos from EPCOT at night…                  NEXT: Dec 3, 2005 Day 8, MegaMouse Meet, Candle Light Processional, and Dinner with special friends… |

THREAD 3 Day 6, 12/1/2005 Updated 1/8/06 [b] Day 8, 12/3/2005, MegaMouse Meet, Candle Light Processional, and Dinner with special friends… This day started like the rest. We were out of the room by 10:30 and we caught a bus to EPCOT. I was headed to the Dolphin for the Mega Mouse Meet to help and Jan was going to wander around EPCOT until I was done… We parted ways around the pin trading station. As I walked towards the International Gateway, I ran into Marie and Sarah. Sarah gave me a big hug and made my day, and Marie got that cute photo of me and Sarah… After that I headed for the Dolphin. As I got to the boat area, a boat was leaving. I decided to walk to the Dolphin. Believe it or not, at a “normal” pace, I got to the Dolphin before the boat got to the Beach Club. The boat went from EPCOT to the Boardwalk to the Beach Club. They were pulling up to the Beach Club dock as I was walking along the back of the Dolphin… Anyway, I got there and found the right floor (I followed the signs :rofl2; ) We got “briefed” on our assignments and had a blast. I got to meet and see lots of fellow internet Disney junkies [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/roflmao.gif[/img] Some of the pics from the meet… At the “welcome” table… Ann (disneyknut), Donna (GoofyMom), And Margo (*Pixie Dust*)     Guess Who???    Some of the Passporter Crew…  Passporter info          Way too serious here… [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/rofl2.gif[/img]   Ummmm, Margo, I need to be somewhere…  Yep, I’m listening…   Oh No!!! It’s a Scary Lady!!! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/eek.gif[/img]   Mark has a glowing ball in his mouth [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]  I left after my shift and a loop or two around the room with Sue and crew… In the lobby of the Dolphin   On the walk back to EPCOT…    Back to EPCOT and Jan and I finally got together… NEXT: More of day 8 |

She said she had lunch at the Yakitori House (Japan), a first for her and she enjoyed it… Pictures she took…                                                      Once we got back together, we wandered a little more, waiting for our time to meet with Tara, Katie, Donna and Paige for the Candle Light Processional… We stopped in Morocco and got a Baklava and coffee [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/yuma.gif[/img] Then more picture taking… Jan’s          While we were waiting in line for our seats…   My pics while wandering…          A great Photo of Katie…   Finally, we got into the American Gardens Theatre and Tara found us some good seats. The performance was awesome!!!. I videotaped it, but Jan took photos…        The sign language interpreter off to the side          NEXT: Meeting up with Angie, Dinner at LeCellier, and Illuminations with friends… |

THREAD 3 Day 6, 12/1/2005 Updated 1/8/06 [b] Day 8, 12/3/ 06 Meeting up with Angie, Dinner at LeCellier, and Illuminations with friends… After CP, we wandered towards Germany, something about some wine… We found Angie, who had tried to get into CP with us, but didn’t make it… We briefly ran into Melissa and Andy by the trains, chatted for a moment, and they were off… Some pics I took The wine meet    Angie wasn’t sure she was going to be able to eat with us, and she was hungry…      We headed for LeCellier. After a wait (Tara and Donna explained in their TR) we got to eat [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I don’t have any pictures from inside, Tara, Donna, and Angie took them all [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/rofl2.gif[/img] Good Food, Great Friends, and LOTS of fun at Dinner… We finally got outside just as Illuminations started. I got a few photos, please excuse them I was standing in the walkway hand holding the camera, with a flash attached…                              After the fireworks, I took pictures of the group…                   And the Paparrazzi shots…   Oh Please!!!!      And we broke up and went our separate ways, some headed for MK and Spectromagic, some headed back to their rooms. We walked with Mike, Sarah, and Emilie as we were headed back to Pop. Got off the bus, headed back to the room, downloaded, recharged, and started packing. We were headed for home tomorrow…. NEXT: Our last day at WDW this trip |
