| Terri, I'm loving your reports and really dismayed that your "real" life has to interfere with your ability to update us! Darn jobs....

| We arrived at Teppan Edo, got checked in for our tables and in about 10 minutes - we were seated at a table for 8 with two other families - a couple celebrating their anniversary and a mother, father and daughter. We started by ordering drinks - I had iced tea and water. I think Lesley had something more fun - in the adult beverage department - but I don't remember. I am sure she will remind us! Next we ordered a sushi sampler to share - Then our chef, Hiroshi arrived - I ordered the shrimp and Lesley ordered the scallops - and we shared. The food was really good - although I am not a fan of the noodles as compared with the rice. Hiroshi made a very tall tower of onions to make the volcano - Veggies and noodles Shrimp and scallops My meal. After dinner - we left and headed out into Future world before Illuminations started. I wanted to ride the newly rehabbed Spaceship Earth and we had hopped for fastpasses for Soarin, etc since we had EMH tonight. However, there were few rides with FP available. Next up - SE and night activities

| We headed to Spaceship Earth to ride the new version. After SE - we found a spot near Mexico to see Illuminations and then rode Mission Space, Test Track (I SO did not get my photo) and Maelstrom. After talking about it and realizing the lines would be longer than we had thought - we opted to head back to the room and do some laundry and packing in preparation for tomorrow's trip to the Port and the Magic. One last photo of the night - Lesley took a couple of pics of me in my new floppy hat. I had been looking for a floppy straw hat for the trip for months without luck - of course in the Magic Kingdom (Adventureland) I FINALLY found one - Next installment - We are maniacs!!!

| A quick detour - I am back on the road for work (and this time with family) in St. Louis, Missouri (ok at the moment I am in Baltimore at the airport - HI JOAN!!) so since this is a conference involving evenings, not sure how many updates I can get it before I go home on Wednesday. We will see.
