Hi All! DD and I are planning a December cruise on the Dream! (yea us). I've booked an aft verandah on the 10th floor. Should I be concerned about soot from the smoke stacks on the verandah? I haven't seen many reviews but I HAVE seen a couple that mentioned both hearing noise from the 11th floor around breakfast time (ppl dragging chairs) and a sprinkle of soot from the 'stacks. I would hate to pay sooo much to have a noisy, dirty balcony. Was this just a cranky customer or should I try to rebook?
Thanks for the information. I decided to downgrade to an oceanview room since it's only a 3 day trip and use the difference to stay at Pop Century for 2 days for the cruise!
