I used to be a light sleeper when the kids were younger. Now I pretty much sleep through whatever except maybe lightening....

I wouldnít say Iím a light sleeper, but I am certainly a restless sleeper. I wake up about 5 times a night, tossing and turning. I usually go right back to sleep, but it isnít uncommon for me to wake up again within an hour or so. Itís worse during the warm weather months.

I am a restless sleeper too. I usually wake up in 2 hour intervals, but sleep lightly in between. I think having an older dog contributes to this .

I'm a light sleeper in a heavy sleeper's body! When DD Samantha lived with us, I listened to every breath and would awaken if it just didn't 'sound right'. I wake up easily if I hear a noise that is 'off', but can sleep though thunderstorms, etc.
