Unable to cancel and emails unanswered

I was billed on 3/31 to renew my passporter subscription. On 4/25 I emailed support asking that my subscription be canceled and my money be refunded as it was within 30 days. No one ever replied. I then emailed Jennifer on 5/9 and still haven't heard anything. Whenever I attempt to cancel whether from Chrome or from Microsoft Edge, I get this message:

"Alert: We have detected you are using a Chrome browser. Please note that you may need to clear your cookies and login again to access this site properly. You may try clearing your cookies at this link, but if that does not work, please clear your cookies in Chrome's settings (instructions here). If you have issues, please contact support@passporter.com"

Can I please get some assistance?

Thank you so much. I appreciate it. I didn't want to post but since I have tried emailing twice and haven't heard anything back I didn't see another choice except disputing the charge with my bank.

Does the fee auto renew every year?

If so, I want that changed now. I'm not thrilled with it and definitely don't want an auto renew.
