Facebook users - are photos I upload there private?
A lot of you know I don't mind posting pictures of us here because if you're not a member, you can't see the photos. My Photobucket account (boo, hiss to them) and my Google photos are all to private (if I don't give the link, you can't see them) - and for the most part it was easy enough for me to see what they're set to. Is it the same on Facebook? I haven't added anything yet so I'm not seeing anything obvious for settings. I'm thinking of posting my TR over there and I'm contemplating putting in the actual photos versus just the links to my Google albums. I know the PP group is private but I just don't know about my own "page" I guess you'd call it.
Thanks for any help/advice. I've avoided FB for years not realizing one day I would actually have a use for my account and need all the help I can get.
If you post on your own page on Facebook, it will depend what you've set your privacy settings for. Mine (and I'm sure most people's) are set so that only your friends can see what you post. However, the caveat to that is that if you tag someone in, then their friends will be able to see that individual post. Does that make sense?
