I don't see it either. I think I read somewhere that when you are at WDW it shows up in the app.
ETA - which is odd, because the order food option is there.

It will show up on your "resort" page of MDE. I'm pretty sure you have to check-in before it becomes available (or maybe it becomes available on your check-in day). Hopefully the feature is more accurate/informative than when we were there in June. Most of the time it just said "buses arriving every 20 minutes". And if it did have a time listed, that time usually changed by the time we walked to the bus stop. On paper, this seems like a great idea. In reality, it was of zero use to us the week it started. Maybe they've worked out some of the kinks by now. It would be awesome if it would list the times for the buses running from the parks to the resorts.
As far as the "order food" option, it makes sense for that to be available all the time because you don't need to be staying at a Disney resort to use it.

I've attached a photo I took this weekend at the All-Star Sports bus stop that describes how to get to the bus times on the app. Basically, you go into the my reservation area of the app. But, the bus times are only resort -> park, not the other way around.
