When part of your party cancels ?

We are going next month and we were to meet up with friends. They are going to cancel because of medical reasons. They’re not on our reservation but linked to our “party” via MDE. Make sense? I had already made a few ADR’s (IPO did since we’re staying club level) and FP+’s for all of us. When they cancel their trip will that wipe out the FP’s I made? Or will it just remove them and leave ours? I’m gonna reach out to IPO on Monday regarding the ADR’s. There’s only 2 (Spirit of Aloha and Narcoossee’s) so I’m not worried about that. It’s the FP’s I’d hate to lose. Anyone deal with something like this before?

Can't you go into your MDE and just modify your FP to remove them yourself?

I don't think that it will change anything for your reservations, but I have not had any experience with it either.

I think there’s a way to remove people from FP via MDE but I was afraid I’d screw something up and delete all of us, lol. I called Signature Services and she was able to change the party size for my ADR’s and remove my friends from the FP’s. I think had I deleted my friends from Friends and Family on MDE that would’ve worked too.
