Different kinds of Savanna view rooms at Kidani

We are at Kidani now, and I'm realizing there are different types of savanna views.
From TRs that I’ve read, I (maybe mistakenly) thought that the variety of animals changed from day to day.

But what we are experiencing is different from what I expected. We are at the FAR end of Kidani, and on the outside of the “horseshoe”. We have a small enclosure outside our wing that has 3 zebras, 2 ostrich, 2 ankole cattle, and 3 gazelles. They are out there day and night, rain or shine. Once a day we see about 6 Red River Hogs walk by, along a path to their enclosure, where they wait until they are let in by one of the keepers. It's great to watch them, don’t get me wrong. I guess I just expected that we'd see more variety. When we walk to the lobby, of course we see the larger savanna on the other side with giraffe and other animals, so at least we get to see some variety that way, but not as easy to get pictures through the glass.

Just wanted to share our experience and see what others have experienced.

We have always had the larger savanna for our view. But there is a lounge just down the hall from the main lobby that has an outdoors view area to the larger savanna.

Thanks Cam! Yes, we are keeping an eye on the larger savanna as we go to and from the lobby area. And last evening, as we were waiting for our ADR at Sanaa, we were lucky enough to see a group of wildebeests and 3 giraffe who were just coming from the barn area into the savanna! Such beautiful creatures!

You're seeing far more from your room than we did! We would get some Impala and Ankole Cattle, maybe an Eland but never Ostrich or Zebras. We were on the left horseshoe on the inside.

That must have been disappointing when you were expecting something more “savanna”ish.

We were quite a way down the hall from the lobby to it's right. We saw everything! Zebras, Ostrich, Wildebeest, Giraffes, some type of cattle, many at the same time. It was so cool to see the animals every day! I'm sorry that you had a disappointing view.
