Since they have taken all the "science-y" stuff out of Future World, I like world showcase better by default. I'm not sure I have a favorite country, I like Japan for the shopping, Italy for the food, I love the movies, and I like the new Frozen ride. I'd like to see them add Brazil if they are going to be adding countries.
This, pretty much to a tee, except the Italy part. Prefer to eat in Japan.
I guess I can't compare the two and choose a favorite. I probably spend more time in World Showcase, simply because there is more to do and see imho since they've gutted so much.
As to a favorite, I have a couple, I love wandering the gift shops of Italy and Germany, perhaps because we've spent time in these places when we were stationed in Italy so it's fun to see some things that remind us of that. I love the food of Italy and the fish & chips of UK, the Grey Goose slush in France and the Cantaloopy in China. Not to forget Le Cellier in Canada...I guess I have more than a couple!
Countries I'd like to see added? Australia, Greece, or a South American country would be fun. I'd say Greece would be on top.
I much prefer World Showcase! I remember when I was a child, I use to hate WS, but now as an adult, it's my favorite part of vacation. I don't think I have a favorite country, each offers something special. I would love to see either Russia or Greece represented.
