Yup. We used to carry over, and if you weren't going to take insurance, you had to declare you had other insurance or they would force you to buy from them. Now, you snooze, you loose!

It's always Sep 15th. Just goes to show. My ADD reared it's ugly head on this one (but I didn't mention THAT in my appeal.
