Its raining here in the eastern part of PA, but we are suppose to get Michael's remnants starting today at 2pm. Heavy rain until early Friday morning. (My basement is just drying out, but not after today it won't be)
I hope Everyone is safe in the towns that Hurricane Michael came through.

Our neighbor's daughter and her family live in the pan handle as well. They are safe as is the base her husband works on. They literally were just to the west of the storm. She said it was one of the worst storms they had been through with regards to the wind. Prayers & pixies for all who have been impacted by this devastating storm.
My sister ended up losing their camper to a tree falling on it. Thing was, she lost her home to a tornado a little over a year ago and they were living in the camper while rebuilding their home. They had gone to a hotel during the storm so thankfully were not in the trailer at the time. The house is ALMOST ready, to move into, but not quite. Thankfully it has no damage. Right now, they are trying to decide what to do.
So we ended up without power from Thursday at 5:30pm until Sunday at 3:00pm.
We had to clear and clean out the refrigerator and I had to throw away most of the contents. I was able to keep some stuff in a couple coolers and not all of that made it through (some of the opened cheeses got wet from melted ice). I have very few condiments left so will have to rebuilt the 'staples'.
Otherwise, we did OK without. It was cool, so it was possible to sleep unlike after other hurricanes when it's been stinkin' hot.
