There are plenty of chains around here, but there is a local place called Nudy's and there are few in each of the towns, but they only serve Breakfast & Lunch only. Good food with good service. Also my favorite would be Grand Lux Cafe (it is a chain, but not too many), extensive menu for Lunch & dinner, but only serve Breakfast on Sundays. Their fried chicken buffalo bites are really good & both my kids have eaten with me at different times. They have this yummy pancake syrup, not maple either. Yum!

We don't have many local places to eat, there are a lot of chain restaurants. There is one place that is actually just down the road and called Lakeside Farms. They just opened the other day and I can't wait to eat there. There sandwiches are so good!
My favorite local restaurant is called "Rincon del Sabor" (translated - Corner of Flavor). My favorite dish is "mofongo relleno de pollo", which is mashed plantain stuffed with chunks of chicken in a creole sauce. Very delicious!
