Opinions on Chefs de France

My ADR day is on Tuesday and I am working on finalizing my plans and am debating on trying chefs de France. We have never eaten there or any other French restaurant really. It’s between this or Via Napoli which is one of our favorites but we do it every trip so I was thinking something new would be nice. Which would you choose and how was your experience at Chefs de France? TIA!

Chefs de France is fabulous, we think, despite the occasional lengthy wait for a table even when you’ve an opening ADR.

However, if you’re unfamiliar with it, be aware that French food is somewhat rich, using lots of butter and cream.

The food at Chefs de France is lighter than that at Monsieur Paul but still rather heavily laden in that respect.

For instance, after sharing this flatbread—A la Flamme Alsacienne- Alsace specialty, creme fraiche, onion and bacon $12.99—we two were nearly too stuffed to eat our entrees.

That little gem, the size of an individual pizza, has a crispy thin crust but is topped by a lethal combination similar to bacon with sour cream.

Ate there a few times and always enjoyed. A bit loud at times inside but the cuisine is definitely good.

We finally tried Chefs de France last year and liked the food so much we ate there again this year. Also my youngest DD has become French obsessed LOL We enjoyed another great meal this year. The tables are a little too near each other and yes, it can get noisy (it's WDW after all) but I thought it was a great meal!
