MVMCP Link

I just purchased a MVMCP ticket, and received the bar code.
1. Can the ticket be linked to my reservation/magic band?
2. If not, can I get the ticket ahead of time, so as not to have to wait in line on the day itself?
Thanks for all responses!

Sure Tom, you can link your MVMCP ticket to your Disney account. It's quite easy, but instead of typing it all out myself, I'll refer you to this excellent post on the Disney Mom's Panel that walks you through it step by step.

And to this one which walks you through adding the party to your itinerary:

Thanks, WillCad, but it seems that the information is outdated.
No selection concerning linking existing reservations is available.
If I'm missing something, please let me know (sorry if I'm being a pest).

PS: I did try the Help page, which had nothing about any permutation of the phrase I could think of.

If you bough your ticket while signed in to Disney's site your ticket is most likely already linked.

Hey, revral. Thanks for this piece of information. I was looking for the same answer Tom asked. I'm planning to visit Disney in a few months after I finish my work. Hope this visit would be as great as previous. I was actually visiting Disneyland Park in California. But this time I'm going to visit Florida.
