I do most of my shopping at the end of my street. I do occasionally shop at Aldi's.
The Walmart I work at is not a super center The nearest one is over ten miles away. I've never heard of Wegman's. I'd guess the nearest one would by in Erie.

We don't have Wegman's here. I have heard of them. I have friends that live out in Fredericksburg, VA and they love Wegman's. I like Trader Joe's they have really good deals. Fresh Thyme Market, Kroger's and Target are the other stores I would buy groceries from.

I am 100% Publix loyal. It practically killed me when we lived in TX and didn't have any Publix. When we moved to Savannah, the very first place I went was to Publix for a Pub Sub. We have Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Food Lion, Walmart, and Super Target, but the only place I grocery shop is Publix.

We're surrounded by Kroger. Every town has one - we live in a mid-sized town, and the towns to the N, S, and W of us have Kroger (ours is bigger and better!). Also, there is a Kroger 2 blocks from my office (so walking distance) with free, indoor parking. That one caters to a higher end clientele, so I can find the odd thing here and there and they have a killer deli!
I've heard of Wegman, but don't think I've ever shopped at one. maybe while we were in Vermont a couple of years ago?
We don't have Wegmans or Publix on LI and no Trader Joe's within 20 miles I think. I go to Stop & Shop. My local one is down the road and they have the BEST produce section, which I feel like I live in . They also have their own line of organic products that keeps expanding. I try to buy organic when I can
(I do shop at Publix when at my house in Florida)
I usually shop at Giant because it's on the way home from work, so no extra trip. However, I went to Harris-Teeter and Target today. I do shop at Wegman's occasionally, especially for more exotic produce and cheeses. We also have Trader Joe's, Aldi's and Whole Foods nearby.
