After stupidly hot temperatures (for us anyway - we don't have air conditioning) in the high 80s over the weekend and the start of this week, it's been in the mid 70s today, which I can live with. However, we're due back into the 80s again tomorrow.
It’s pretty typical here. Early July temps are usually 90ish, which is exactly where we are. I did really feel it last night at 10:00 when I left my part-time job and the heat and humidity were just stifling. That is unusual for 10:00 P.M.
I do try to stay inside in the air conditioning as much as possible, and I am very thankful to be able to run it in these temperatures.

How could the weather be trying to kill you if it was here, trying to kill us??
We have AC, we have power. On Wed, it was awful.
Today, Thursday - it was very hot, humid, and nasty - and now it's a bit better as it's storming. we're supposed to be in the mid 80s, less humid.
Very grateful for A/C and the electricity to power it. Last weekend our feels like temp was well over 100. Happy we are heading to PA this weekend for a wedding and the temps are suppose to be in the low 70s!
Living in southwest Florida is brutal in the summer. I will never get used to this heat and humidity! It lasts from May until November!
I too am very grateful for air conditioning!!!
I am glad you have air conditioning too! Hopefully your heat wave won't last too long!
We have highs in the upper 90s all week and the lows barely dip into the upper 70s. The humidity has been ridiculously high over 70% every day. I melt after five minutes outside. Finally tomorrow the high is supposed to be in the mid 80s with low humidity. I can't wait.
