Dining Plan credits are always pooled by room, but CC stuff is handled differently now.

From my research, it appears that in 2015 you could link each magic band to a different credit card. I'm travelling with 2 other adults and would like to know if this is still the case? I don't want to get to the end of our trip and have all the charges on 1 person's credit card.

I was last in The World in 2014 (and do not know when or if I will ever be able to return - money woes), so I don't know the answer to that question, Brittlebasher72.

But I cannot imagine why that ability would have been removed. It's in Disney's best interests to get more people using the bands to pay for things in the parks - as it puts a serious roadblock in the way of would-be pickpockets. No cash or cards for that lot to steal, BUT you can still give Disney money for souvenirs and food/drink ...

I haven't heard of this policy changing, either, so I think you'll be okay. Just remember that you can't link multiple credit cards to your MyDisneyExperience account from the web site, you have to link the additional cards at check-in at your WDW resort.

If you get a CM at check-in who says it can't be done, be sure to ask for a supervisor, since not all CMs know how to do everything. Same thing used to happen in the days when you could put down a cash balance for room charging - many CMs didn't know it could be done and would tell me flat out that it couldn't, until I called over a supervisor who showed them how.

This was still the case for us this past June. I had my credit card linked to the account (entered online) but when my adult son arrived (on the same reservation), he just went to the front desk and had his credit card linked to his magic band. No problem at all.
