May i recommend Gasparilla Grill in the GF? They have a couple of sandwiches that are fantastic.. The Chicken and brie sandwich - Grilled chicken and ham on a brioche bun served with french fries is great, I got this to go and substituted a salad for the fries for the beginning of our drive.
We got sandwiches with chips and a bottled drink at our resort food court (Music) to take for our dinner on our drive home. Turkey, muenster and baby greens on a large whole grain croissant. Popped them into our small cooler bag and enjoyed them in the room at our midway stop. I also spent the last snack credits on some large cookies for dessert.
