I made 2 ADRs for my Dec trip when I thought we'd arrive 2 days earlier than we will. Both indicate I made them with a credit card guarantee. I've tried canceling them in the app, but I get a notice that says I must call. I've tried online, but in the same space where the other ADRs have a 'cancel' link, these 2 have a nonstop twirling circle (like it hasn't loaded yet). After days of this, I called Disney Dining. I was told they are definitely canceled, and they should fall off of MDE within a few hours. That was 3 days ago. I can't prove I've canceled them, and I'm worried I'll be charged. Any ideas? The only other thing I can think of is to write to them, if there's an email or snail mail address, so that I have some sort of documentation of my attempt to cancel.
