I know it's early and we've still got a few holidays to get through, but I just booked our Christmas vacation and was wondering what traditions might you have done with your family in the past just to make it that little extra special? And it doesn't have to be limited to just in the park, either. While we weren't at Disney last Christmas, I made a point and packed up just some small decorations to have for our hotel room because we were away from home on Christmas Day. Would love to hear all your ideas!
We wear holiday themed shirts, Santa hats, make sure we visit Santa--sometimes more than once, and enjoy all the decorations. One year we were on the ship and we hung stockings in our stateroom. The back of our matching shirts said "Hope Santa finds us on the ship."
We also bring a big bag of small candy canes and pass out to CM's, flight attendance, luggage handlers, bus drivers, etc.
We've had 2 Christmases at sea, one in Cancun, and 2 in Walt Disney World--with another one coming up!
