Does anyone have any experience with this? I know it's in the Japan Pavilion but I have no idea where abouts. It seems like everything except the department store all have stairs to get to them. Is there an elevator somewhere? Is check in at the restaurant or somewhere down near WS promenade? We've never eaten here or even thought about it in the past so I honestly have never paid attention to it - and the only reason we've ever gone into the department store was for Kim Possible or Phineas and Ferb - and we only went as far as we needed to for the game. If it weren't for that, we would have continued walking by the Pavilion like we have in the past. This year we're going to try to change that and explore the pavilions a little bit more so we'll see how that works out but any tips/advice/etc would be greatly appreciated.
There is an elevator!
It is before the stairs--just to the left of the store entrance. It enters on one side and then the door opens on the opposite side upstairs.
As for Teppan Edo, the tables/grills are higher than normal chairs, so transferring from the wheel chair is optimal.
The bathroom at Teppan Edo is at the back of the restaurant, up an incline, and around a corner, but is large on the inside.
