Ok, I'm stealing someone else's question (thanks for asking it in answer to something I asked... ) as I thought it was so good.
So which rides/attractions have you ONLY ever used Fastpass for?
I think for us it's probably the more recent additions, as in the old days, we used to be able to get on most things without too much wait and, going back 10+ years, I didn't have chronic fatigue, so physically I could stand in lines.
Definitely Flight of Passage (although that was a once and done for us), Na'vi River Journey and Seven Dwarves Mine Train. We've just discussed it and can't come up with anything else...
MK: Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, and Peter Pan.
AK: Festival of the Lion King, DINOSAUR, Na'vi River, and Flight of Passage
HS: Tower of Terror, Star Tours, Rock-n-Roller Coaster
Some of the other headliners, we've hit at rope drop and then rode again, using FP.

Also 7DMT until the Halloween party in early October last year. We were very surprised to see there was almost no standby line at all for it then. In fact, if we hadn’t held up due to having fun playing some of the games, we’d have nearly walked right on.
We’d never before seen the standby anywhere near that short even though we go typically in mid-November, a low-crowd time.
ETA: Oh, almost forgot Soarin’ the one-time-never-again we did it. I’m terrified of heights if not “cocooned” by a vehicle or building. I was practically quaking when I came off Soarin’. Irrational, but that’s what such fears often are.

We have never used FP only for a ride. The one we use it most for is TSM. I think everytime but once or twice we have used FP for that. The regular line is ridiculously long and the real wait time is much longer than what the estimated time posted is.
Magic Kingdom: Peter Pan- always, 7 Mines, Buzz
Epcot: Soarin- always- and since the Tiers are not compatible that is it!
DHS: Toy Story- always- nothing else I go on.
AK: Safari- always- nothing else.
My rule of thumb- I never get a Fast pass if there is a Big Theater, because it will hold so many people. I don't mind standing and waiting unless it is beyond 30 minutes.

Soarin' for certain as all have been with FP+. BTMRR always has a big line and also all FP. Most times on TSM but perhaps once without. That's about it. SOme of the newer attractions I've only had an experience or two with and won't count them yet.
