Trial by fire has been: exhilarating, exhausting, and wonderful! I've been "winging" it for 4 days now, and have successfully gotten my trainees much further than it was expected I would by now. I'm still officially in CCR, so running between the 2 departments. I'll finish my CCR obligation next week and get my trainees up and running- and then I can start MY training to become a trainer!
Oh, and yes, I'm needing a vacation. I'm taking one in August - going to WDW with the family to celebrate DD Samantha's 35th b-day!
