I am probably getting a new AC this year so there's that but prior the biggest was a new stamped concrete driveway, walkway and 2 stoops.

We had a really bad hail storm 3 years ago so we had to have our roof replaced. Did I mention we have solar so they had to take the solar panels down and then replace them? They weren't damaged by the hail so that was good!

While this was a pain, we pay less than $200 a year for electricity so the hassle was worth it. Of that $200, about $199 of it is taxes that you have to pay regardless of the solar panels or regular old electric power.

Last summer we had to replace the HVAC totally and a new roof. It was not a happy summer.

The last major repair I had was last month to get mold removed from my basement! Talk about stress..... right before my much-needed vacation too.

My next "repair" will be to install air conditioning to my 1955 house! Yeah!

We are remodeling the exterior of our house and changing out the windows. I can't wait for it to be done.
