Yes, I'm not sure this is available.
Keep in mind that it may not be and think about using Uber/Lyft or a taxi between resorts on that day. Only one of you would need to go to the resort with your luggage, the rest could do whatever you had planned and then all catch up later.

Yes, Swan/Dolphin transfers can be done according to Disney Parks Moms Panel, dated Jan. 2018.

“Even though the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is not Disney-owned, their Bell Services team does coordinate bag transfers with the Bell Service desks at the Disney-owned hotels. (I spoke with a Cast Member at Disney's Pop Century Resort this morning to confirm that they will send your bags over to your next destination.)”
