We got them in May, early in the morning on one of our Epcot days, about 9:30ish. We ate breakfast at Akershus at 8:00, visited Anna and Elsa in the Sommerhaus, and then hit the FP for FEA. I did book at 60 days out.
Yes! I only get 30 days out and my first one is in 3 weeks in the evening.
Something you might want to try, splitting your party in half or try single FPs and see if you can get overlapping times. My friend and I do this as we are not linked. We can even get FPs while we are in the parking lot for most attractions. It takes a bit of going back in to the app and refreshing as the times change every few seconds. My husband and I used this technique when our friends came down for a vacation. They had a FP for their group for something and I tried searching for 2 in the park and could get nothing, but when I tried single FPs both DH and I could get overlapping times with their group. We all got to ride at the same time. I've had good success with it.
I'm living the dream 20 minutes from Disney! Next trip...tomorrow. Follow me on instagram at ShirtsByShell
I also had success getting one during the first week of Oct yesterday. I didn't do my FPs until like 3 in the afternoon and was able to get a decently early Frozen (noon) and also get Flight of Passage!
MNSSHP 2015: DH (Bane), Me (Batgirl), Genie, and our friends
was just looking and right now 2/5/18 frozen ever after fastpasses available for evening on march 7th if anyone is going on that date
time of post was 8:45 pm central not 2:30 am
I don't know how, but I managed to get one for March 6, but I did reserve it a few weeks ago. I expected it to be sold out and was pleasantly surprised. However, I did not get one for Flight of Passage and won't be standing in that long line.
well..easily got my FP for 3:20. Arrived there last Wed. and the attraction was closed due to malfunction/breakdown, etc. Tried going back later in evening during extra magic hours and it was still closed down. They told us we could use the FP for any time at any other FP attraction. We went over to Soarin but didn't need a FP as the line wasn't that bad. Anyhow, I guess Frozen wasn't in the cards again this year (could't get a FP last year). Oh well.
