Last trip 2012, planning 2019 and totally lost! 🤷♀️
Our last trip was September 2012. Currently planning a September 2019 trip. So much has changed! From magic bands to fast passes Iím lost!! I normally plan everything myself as I need to have that control. 😝. Im currently working almost 60 hours a week and was thinking of using a TA this trip to book all my dining and fast passes as I really donít have the time this trip. Will I be able to use the my Disney experience app if I use a TA? What has changed in the last few years that is a must know? Iím really out of the loop and thatís adding to my anxiety!😉 Thanks in advance for all the help!!
Yes, you can use the My Disney Experience App if you use a TA it is linked to your reservations I have used a TA several times for my disney trips. I like that I can email her at any time with questions or plans and she does the calling. This last trip I told her what I was looking to do and she gave me a quote for what I asked for, but then offered a couple different things I hadn't thought of.
I totally understand what you are experiencing. Our last trip was 2007 and we just spent a wonderful 16 days this past March. It was like I had never been there before there was so many changes.
A TA will do as much or as little as you want them to do to help you with your trip. I consult with a local travel agency and we have clients that we do all their items for them including dining and FO and others that we do no more than book the rooms.
I would suggest using a TA - the Disney authorized TAs are free to use and you can have help navigating all the changes that have occurred since your last visit.
Our last trip was in 2008, TEN YEARS! So much has changed since we were last there! I was always the one to make all the plans and reservations, 'cause I liked the control, too. My husband surprised us with an upcoming trip in December and he went through a TA. I have to say, it was kind of nice not to worry over all the little details. I still get to make our dining reservations and character meal arrangements, so I still feel like I have some control in the planning!
