We were there recently and even though it was a Friday night- there was plenty of room in the Plaza Garden, the one closer to the Terrace.

Interesting that now you can either eat before or after.... I am with CinderAbby, sounds Great but how later will you will be leaving the park. It's late already sometime after 9:30pm.

Plus I am not too crazy eating snacks and ones with sugar that late at night...I sound like an old woman...LOL

You don't sound like an old woman by saying that. You sound like someone is who very conscience of what should and shouldn't be eaten late at night. I too don't necessarily want to eat too much sugar that late at night before going to bed. A small handful of kisses or M&M's is one thing but cupcakes and ice creams and tarts and the like? No too much that late. 8 pm is bordering on late but 9:30/10 pm is too late for me for that much.

We did the before dessert party on 6/24. Both the before and after party people were in the same garden. It was full, but by no means packed. There was plenty of room to move around. Everyone sat until the fireworks started, then everyone stood. We stood along the back railing, and it was perfect because when everyone stood, they also moved forward. The area around us was virtually empty. It was money well spent and something we plan on doing all trips going forward.

Also, I’m not sure if this was already mentioned, but there are some new non-dessert menu items - taco egg rolls (yummy!!!), spinach dip and crackers, and an assortment of cheeses.

So the eggg rolls were available to the before fireworks people? Did you notice if they had those s'more things too? Both those I read were for the after fireworks party but it would be great if the before people can get them too (we're doing the before party)

Yes, they had the símores things, too. A lady was making them off to the side. I asked a CM and she said the food offerings are the same for both parties.
