Day 18 - Another great MK day! Glad you enjoyed the dessert party and viewing area! We couldn't agree more; Happily Ever After is such a great show!
OMG! The crowds getting back to TTC! Glad you made it back in one piece!

Day 19 - Wow, you got a lot accomplished with your early morning start! Breakfast at BOG sounds yummy! One of these days we're going to have to try it. Your evening swim sounds like the perfect way to wind down.

Day 20 - wow, you really do have packing down to a science!
What a nice gesture by the CM to give you those FPs!

Day 17 - I was laughing out loud at your antics trying to get off the carrousel! I know what you mean about trying to get off when it's at the peak, and it's no easy task. Glad you were finally able to do so without embarrassing yourself!
Very cool that you ended up in a ready-made viewing spot for watching the parade!
Oh we did have a laugh at me trying to get down off this immensely high horse! Larry was an absolute gent, but was laughing as much as I was!

Cam - you MUST try and see Happily Ever After this year, honestly, you will absolutely love it. It is just beautiful, and the projections are lovely too. I am still hoping to get the soundtrack if I can, it wasn't out last year but I'm crossing my fingers for this year!

Day 20 -- I love the boat ride to Disney Springs, so relaxing. Sounds like you two are going back home loaded down with candy and gifts. Great last day of fun with friends, and so cool to get the special FPs at DHS.
Well I think our theory behind the snack credits on the dining plan is that we never use as many as we think we will, usually because the weather is too hot for us to want to eat many snacks, but having paid a ridiculous amount of money for our vacation, I want to get as much out of the 'free' dining plan as possible, so yes, bandit-like we "spend" them on candy, fudge, rice krispie treats etc., and then give them to friends and family as Christmas gifts - they love receiving them, plus we haven't had to spend extra money on these, so everyone's a winner! (Including Disney, who wouldn't have had my business had they not offered "free" dining!")

You haven't tried breakfast at BOG? It gets mixed reviews, we love it but some other folk aren't as keen. Larry & Robin really loved it too, the food is good, fresh, excellent quality, and plentiful. Plus you get the atmosphere of BOG as well, which we really love.

We usually find an evening swim is a great way to wind down and relax those aching muscles and legs at the end of a long park day.

Oh yes, we are both really good at packing now - as I said, the trick is to look at a space and visualise fitting something in there to maximise use of that space.

Glad you enjoyed it! Our last day is always a sad one, but we try to spend at least part of it in our favourite park.

This year's trip will be interesting - our wish will be to go to Epcot, but DS will want to go to Magic Kingdom, as that is her favourite park. We will probably compromise as she doesn't come with us every time and this trip is mostly about her this year.

Thank you so much for reading and commenting every day, I've really looked forward to your comments and seeing what bits you enjoyed.

Thank you! Very kind of you to say this. I say this all the time, but I really do enjoy writing these reports, even though they take a lot of work, because I always hope that someone will enjoy reading them or take a hint or tip away that will enhance their time at a place we have visited. They also make for a great reminder of what we did each year!
