10-20-18 Question of the Day!

I am so sorry about missing the QotD yesterday! It has been a couple of crazy days here for us!
Our son and daughter in law had their 4th baby on Thursday. We had the other grandkids while they were at the hospital. Their schedule is a bit crazy - with taking one to school, one to pre-school, picking up from pre-school, picking up from school and napping the 2 year old in the middle - doing their laundry, dishes, and in the craziness of it all - they were having 2 rooms painted! Soccer practice also happened......and of course we had to take them to the hospital to see their new baby brother! . Yep - it has been a bit of a schedule change for us the past few days!

So - today's QotD:

How much sleep do you get at night?
Do you sleep all the way through the night or are you up or awake during the night?

I get between 6-7 hours of sleep. Once I'm down, I'm out until the alarm goes off. I love my sleep time.

I LOVE my sleep. I always make sure I get at least 8 hours. I never get up during the night. I know what you mean by carting kids to school. I do it all the time. Youngest granddaughter is in preschool and goes in the morning. Middle granddaughter is pre-K and goes in the afternoon and gets out with her older sister who is in 2nd grade. Congrats on the new grand baby!

I try and get eight hours a night, as I need it with my chronic fatigue. Usually I sleep quite well (it helps that I have tablets to help me sleep, as well as deal with the pain from the chronic fatigue), but not always.

I get about 6.5 to 7 a night. I usually sleep through unless I've had too much to drink before bed (no, not alcohol) I try to remember to not drink anything for at least an hour before bed besides a small sip of water to take my meds. I do suffer from occasional insomnia, usually when I'm stressed.

I get 7 - 8 hours of sleep during the week, an extra hour or so during the weekends. I hardly ever sleep through the night.

According to the clock, I get between 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I wake up, though, usually a couple of times. I won’t be awake long, but I do wake up enough to check the time and occasionally use the bathroom.

I actually only get between 4.5 and 5 hours. I don't seem to require more. If I'm "exhausted", I might sleep about 6 hours. I don't sleep all the way through usually. I wake up almost every hour.

I am a night owl and function decently on 5 hours of sleep. Now that JB is in Kindergarten and I have to get him up and to school in a timely fashion, I seem to require a bit more sleep to be a happy functioning mom. Now I go to my bed bw 1230 & 1 am usually and up at 620-645. I never fall asleep before a few pages of a book, plus there is checking & recovering JB, cat & dog bedtime snacks...it is a crazy bedtime routine. I also get up at least once a night to potty and check on my little Angel.

Congrats on new Baby Boy!

I normally get to 7-8 hours of sleep...I usually try to get to bed at 10pm but fall asleep by 10:30pm. I wake up most times around 2:30am to use the bathroom and fall back to sleep until 7-7:30am. If I sleep too long, my back starts to hurt.
