Ok, well I found some motivation to get out of my slump. The place where my sister and I have been going for our annual scrapbooking trip announced on Facebook that they are hosting a day crop in early August and I signed up for it! Tried to get my sister or SIL to come along, but it looks like it will be a solo crop. So I have a couple of weeks to get my pages planned.
I finished only four pages with my friend here Tuesday (around 2 to 7, so not a long crop), but I finished four more yesterday and today. So my new total is 95/200--nearly halfway there. ~48%, with the year at ~53%. Much closer!
I'll be taking all my scrapbook stuff with us to the beach Saturday. The cottage we've been renting each year has a HUGE counter that's great for scrapbooking, so I hope I can get stuff done during the day, after going to the ocean.
I'm up to my trip picking up my Princess and flying her home, so most of my journaling is already written. That'll speed things up quite a bit.
Finished two more pages Friday before packing it all up, so I'm now at 97/200.
Hoping to get a bunch of pages done here at the beach--otherwise, DH's and DS23's work in bringing those heavy things out of the basement at home and up the beach cottage steps here will have been for naught.
Great progress Cam & Ginger!
I got 5+ pages done to complete my DCL smash book and am now ready to prep for the crop. 88/200 My SIL decided to join me!! Although if she doesn't find someone to cover for her at work she may have to leave early.
