Have you ever stayed in one of these? Do you have any photos?
I saw a photo of one a year or so ago but can't find it here (or on the DIS boards) and hope someone can help me out. We're considering another trip on the Magic in October 2009 and I think photos will help me make my case (I'd rather have the extra space instead of a split bathroom!)
Any feedback about your experience would also be appreciated!
TIA!
P.S. We stayed Category 10 last time, and interior stateroom was fine -- very easy to sleep!

Unfortunately I have not photos either, but we have been assigned a sideways cabin for our September 1st 5 night special cruise on the Magic. I was not sure on what to expect, but all the reviews I had were absolutely glowing. I am really looking forward to staying in one of the sideways cabins.
We stayed in 5509 on the Wonder in 2004. I dug out my CD to see if I had any photos. I didn't take any of the desk, etc. but that is across from the beds. This may not help with seeing how much room there is. When we cruise in June, we had the same layout only in a cat. 10, with the split bath. The sideways 11 had more room than our cat. 10, but with 4 of us in a room, I loved the split bath. If there was only 2 of us, I'd go for a sideways cat. 11.

You can see them on the deck plans - look at the front of the ship here - 6003 - 6019 for example. We stayed in the 5001 on the Wonder. I liked the sideways layout, but have never stayed in the 'normal' layout rooms to compare them.
