You can send them an email at

WDW.Guest.Communications@disneyworld.com

But if you want to send snail mail, you can send it here:

Walt Disney World Guest Communications
PO Box 10040
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-0040

The information can be found at:

Contact Addresses for WDW Officials

If you do send them an email/snail mail letter, don't forget to include a contact phone number as someone may call you back to talk to you about your experience. Disney likes to get feedback about the letters/emails that they receive from the people that send them.

Do send it.
I sent WDW a letter about a less-than-magical experience we had in Dec. I was really pleased with the way they handled the issue.

You're welcome. Don't expect an immediate response. It can take a few weeks for them to respond.
