For some reason, my resort reservation is not listed on my reservations page on Disney's sit. When I go to "Retrieve Reservation" and type in my confirmation #, I get this message- "Required field: confirmation numbers are between 8 and 12 characters, using only numbers or letters. Do not include spaces."
I copied the confirmation # right from my confirmation email. It's 8 characters long. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Anybody know??
